Who To Contact

For privacy, access, correction, or support requests, contact Sky Padel at info@skypadelks.com.

Data We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide account access and booking functionality:

• Account and login data, such as your email address and account ID.
• Booking and reservation data, such as court, date, time, duration, and cancellation status.
• Optional profile data, such as your name or phone number, if you provide it.
• Technical logs, diagnostics, request metadata, and security events used to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Data

We use this data to:

• Sign you in and manage your account.
• Show available courts and manage bookings or cancellations.
• Send booking confirmation and cancellation emails.
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Protect the app, diagnose errors, and maintain reliable service.

Service Providers

Sky Padel uses trusted service providers to run the app. Supabase provides authentication and database services, Vercel hosts the web app and server runtime, and Resend sends transactional email. These providers process data only to operate the service.

What We Do Not Use

The current app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, in-app payment processing, location access, camera access, or contacts access.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to booking and account information is limited by authentication, membership, and operational access controls.

Access And Deletion Requests

You can initiate account deletion in the app from the profile or account area. Clean player accounts with no booking dependencies can be deleted immediately. Accounts with booking history, future bookings, unpaid obligations, cancellation warnings, or other operational dependencies may go to club review before final deletion. Booking records and operational history may be retained for operational, legal, audit, security, or dispute reasons. Where review is needed, profile and contact details are retained until the club completes review. After deletion is completed, profile and contact data is anonymized or removed. You do not need to call or email support to initiate deletion.
